Love isn’t always neat. It doesn’t always arrive at the "right" time, in the "expected" way, or in the "acceptable" form. And yet, when it finds you, it changes everything.

This story was born from something deeply personal—my own experience of loving and marrying a man ten years younger than me. I never faced judgment for it, nor did he, because love was the loudest thing in the room. But for so many women, an age-gap romance where the woman is older still feels like a battle against outdated perceptions, whispers behind their backs, or worse—their own self-doubt.

That’s what I wanted to explore.
